It has published the OECD Observer magazine since 1962, presenting authoritative and concise analysis of crucial world economic and social issues. It helps business, NGOs, academics and journalists to stay ahead of the policy debate.
The 50 year anniversary issue was used to launch the masthead. In addition to the design and production of the magazine Design Factory has gone on to produce OECD Yearbooks, special edition i-Sheets for conferences and OECD Policy Briefs.
The OECD Observer has begun to leverage augmented reality to enhance the experience of the magazine by introducing more interactive content. Using the SnapPress Augmented Reality App, users can interact using their smart phones with these publications. Video stills, articles and infographics now come to life.
